A Blog for Baseball Moms, by a Baseball Mom
Hi, my name is Jamie. Like you, I’m a mom to baseball players.
While I have never played baseball myself, and I certainly can’t coach my two kids in pitching or hitting, I recognize the critical role we Baseball Moms have in our kids being able to play the sports they love.
We make sure league dues are paid, uniforms are clean, healthy meals and snacks are eaten, that they get enough sleep and rest. Even if we have zero experience playing baseball, we coach them on mindset, attitude, and being a great teammate. And make no mistake, when they’re walking up to bat, it’s Mom who they’re looking for in the stands.
Mom, never underestimate your importance to your kids playing sports. I know how demanding it can be to juggle your kids’ year round sport schedules with work, household responsibilities, and all the other demands of life.
This is where I love to help. With over twenty years of corporate and military project and process management experience, I create and share tools, resources, and tried and true systems to help busy sports moms manage their households.
The organization and lifestyle blog for Baseball Moms.
At ‘There’s No Place Like Home Plate’, you’ll find everything from healthy recipes, to product recommendations, to the best Baseball Mom hacks. I share baseball checklists and printables that I use in my own home to keep my family organized, as well as helpful tips for tournaments and ballpark travel. So, while I may blog about everything from baseball bats to banana bread, in the end my goal is give you the tools you need to streamline your own household, give you time back in your day, and help you enjoy these precious years you have with your own baseball players at home. After all, ‘There’s No Place Like Home Plate’.
